Life at SAP – with Zoran Radumilo
Zoran was born and educated in Croatia, moved to Italy aged 23 and started his career with SAP in 2014.
What role did you start you SAP career in?
I started as Head of Innovation Sales for the Italian market and have been a VP and a General Manager within the Telecom industry for EMEA and MEE.
What is your current job title?
I am now Head of Leonardo Sales for EMEA South.
What qualifications did you need for this job?
I believe that it was my vision and pragmatic way of how to execute, supported by track record of success that got me to my current role.
What do you think are the key skills people need to work as a Head of Sales?
You need an understanding of how old and new technologies are shaping products and industry processes as well as soft skills such as hard work, belief and resilience.
What does your career at SAP mean to you?
It’s very important to me because as we progress we realise our mission: to make the world run better and improve peoples’ lives.
What does success look like to you?
To me, success is all about the team and making them enjoy what they do and how they do it … it is all about them!
