How did you get your current job?
For 9 years I worked for an e-learning and HR company. After this time, I thought that was the time to change and I searched for a new opportunity in the software market and I had the opportunity to meet SAP.
What qualifications did you need for your current job?
For my current job, it is important to know about the HR software market. But it is more important to have HR knowledge. This is required to correctly manage the deals and the relationship with all the people involved (partners, customers, colleagues).
