Luckily, you can provide a quality customer service experience on your smartphone. You’ll just need to learn what kind of apps you need. Don’t forget to set everything up before leaving on your next trip.

    Excellent points Michael Sanduso! It’s true by showing empathy to customers and understanding & addressing their needs in due time are key factors to win their loyalty. Interestingly there are many who don’t know such a basic rule of business and they have old-fashioned support script which they use to talk to their customers.

    Just today, I called an online seller to check the status of the product I ordered earlier and astonished to hear the same story which they told me when my previous order as well was delayed.

    And as you said, a business should always remember the competition, if they don’t satisfy their customers, chances are high not only to loose them but send them to the competitors.
