Combining SAP Leonardo machine learning, intelligent manufacturing, 3D printing and VR technology, SAP Intelligent Product Design creates a brand-new shopping experience for consumers and makes customization affordable. SAP S/4HANA Cloud for IPD exhibits a network to help all the stakeholders to better collaborate with each other, throughout the process – from design to delivery for adaptive manufacturing.
IPD was one out of the three showcases that were achievements of co innovations with Chinese partners from Labs China, consisting of a holistic ecosystem of over 100 organizations. During CIIF, SAP was invited as the only German enterprise to share best practices and co-innovations at ‘Made in China’ 2025 international cooperation forum chaired by Mister Miao Wei, Minister of Industry and Information Technology and Mister Ying Yong, Mayor of Shanghai. The forum is a heavy weight round table with ten global delegates to further multinational cooperation by discussing opportunities including cross boarder partnerships. CIIF attracted intensive media attention, with broadcastings on national television. The five-day exhibition in CIIF is far from enough to tell our innovations with the ever-increasing heat of digital transformation in China. SAP will grow from the land of the fruitful future.
