HCM Brazil eSocial: customizing of views V_T596I and V_T596J for wage types table event

Seguindo o faseamento dos eventos do eSocial, as empresas com faturamento superior a R$ 78 milhões devem entregar os eventos de empregador e de tabelas em janeiro de 2018. Isso inclui o evento referente à tabela de rubricas.

Para gerar a tabela de rubricas, o sistema lê as customizações que você fizer na atividade de customizing Cálculo das folhas de pagamento -> Cálc.folha pagamento Brasil -> eSocial -> Dados do empregador e de tabelas -> Verificar entradas da tabela de rubricas. Esta atividade de customizing é baseada em duas visões muito importantes para o cálculo da folha de pagamento:

• Atrib.RubsSal.a rubricas salariais acumul. (V_T596I)
• Atribuição RubrsSals.a RubrsSals.acumulação (tabela cliente) (V_T596J)

Mas como essas visões funcionam?

O sistema padrão apresenta modelos de customização na visão V_T596I. A visão V_T596J permite que você configure suas próprias entradas. Quando você faz sua customização na visão V_T596J, o sistema não lê a customização padrão na visão V_T596I. Ou seja, a customização do cliente tem prioridade.

Recentemente, para a solução do eSocial, a SAP optou por não entregar mais entradas na visão V_T596I, e priorizou a entrega de modelos de customização para a visão V_T596J. Assim, você pode analisar a sugestão da SAP e aceitar esta sugestão ou não, sem a necessidade de copiar entradas padrão da SAP entre uma visão e outra. Com essa decisão, esperamos facilitar a sua customização do sistema e tornar mais eficiente a geração da tabela de rubricas.

E já que o assunto de hoje é a tabela de rubricas, aproveitamos para lembrar que a versão 2.4.1 do layout do eSocial eliminou os campos referentes a repercussão: repDSR, rep13, repFerias e repAviso. Estes campos correspondem, respectivamente, às rubricas salariais de acumulação RDSR, R13, RVAC e RTER da subaplicação SOCW, nas visões V_T596I e V_T596J.

According to the phased approach for eSocial events, companies with sales volume over BRL 78 million must send employee and table events in January, 2018. This includes the wage types table event.

To generate the wage types table, the system reads the data on customizing activity Payroll -> Payroll: Brazil -> eSocial -> Employer and table data -> Check table entries of wage types. This customizing activity is based on two views that are very important for payroll:

• Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types (V_T596I)
• Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation WTs (Customer Table) (V_T596J)

But how do these views work?

The standard system presents customizing models to the cumulation wage types in the V_T596I view. The V_T596J view allows you to make your own customizing. If you make your own customizing in view V_T596J, the system does not read the standard customizing in view V_T596I. This means that customer customizing takes priority.

Recently, for the eSocial solution, SAP has chosen not to deliver entries in the V_T596I view anymore, and prioritized the delivery of customizing models for view V_T596J. Therefore, you can analyze SAP’s suggestion and accept it or not, without the need to copy standard SAP entries between the views. With this decision, we hope to make your system customizing easier, and to bring more efficiency to the generation of the wage types table.

And since today’s topic is the wage types table, we take the opportunity to remind you that layout version 2.4.1 has eliminated the “repercussão” (impact) fields: repDSR, rep13, repFerias, and repAviso. These fields correspond, respectively, to cumulation wage types RDSR, R13, RVAC, and RTER of subapplication SOCW, on views V_T596I and V_T596J.
