Support Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) are now also searchable via Google
Almost everyone today uses Google to find the answers to their questions. Now you can find SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Support Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) via a Google search as well!

- Ability to find solutions faster because of integration of the KBA repository with Google search
- Customer/Partner can view the entire KBA directly in the web browser by clicking on the URL returned in the search results. This allows customers/partners to share KBAs within their organization without the need to mandatorily logon to Hybris Cloud for Customer tenant to view the content
