HCM Brazil eSocial: SAP Help Portal documentation was updated

Olá pessoal,

Recentemente foi publicada uma nova versão do SAP Help Portal para as localizações de folha de pagamento, inclusive para a folha do Brasil.

A documentação referente ao eSocial foi amplamente atualizada, com destaque para os seguintes pontos:

• Um gráfico que ilustra o processo completo do eSocial, desde a customização do sistema até a consulta de lotes sobre o status dos eventos já enviados.


• Escopo dos eventos e das customizações do sistema conforme o layout 2.3 (versão vigente no sistema no momento da liberação dos Support Packages relevantes – veja abaixo).


• Documentação das últimas transações entregues.


• Detalhes das regras de validação customizáveis para o eSocial, incluindo o vídeo que apresentamos neste post.


• Informações sobre a integração com o SAP TDF eSocial, e sobre o controle de alterações para eventos periódicos/de folha.

Hi everyone,

A new version of the SAP Help Portal documentation for the payroll localizations was recently published, including the Brazil payroll.

There were many updates to eSocial documentation, and we would like to highlight the following points:

• A graphic that illustrates the end-to-end eSocial process, from setting up the system to querying the eSocial national environment about events that were already sent.


• Scope of events and system settings according to layout 2.3 (current version in the system upon the release of the relevant Support Packages – see below).


• Documentation of the latest transactions we delivered.


• Details about the customizable eSocial validation rules, including the video that we showed on this blog post.


• Information about the integration with SAP TDF eSocial, and about the management of changes for periodic/payroll events.
