      Thank you for the information.

      For a standard support customer (non-enterprise or higher) SolMan is for us still considered a non-necessity. The product is IMO way too complex, in case a of problems it takes too long to solve to even consider it an alternative to third-party products. Your mileage may vary but that is our experience with it since it became mandatory in April 2007 (with SAP standard support).
