HCM Brazil eSocial: SOA Manager for SAP_BASIS 701 and Lower

Temos divulgado várias informações sobre a comunicação do sistema com o ambiente nacional do eSocial via Web Services, para poder ajuda-lo a enviar e receber os eventos. Se você tiver perdido alguma coisa, não tem problema: é só dar uma olhada na tag HCM Payroll Brasil aqui na SAP Community.

Sabemos que nossos clientes estão em diferentes releases do SAP_HRCBR, que, por sua vez, correspondem a diferentes releases do SAP_BASIS. Devido às diferentes tecnologias do SAP_BASIS, o funcionamento do SOA Manager pode variar entre esses releases.

Especificamente para os releases iguais ou inferiores ao SAP_BASIS 701 (o que pode acontecer no SAP_HRCBR 600 e 604), uma limitação técnica impede que o sistema processe o elemento <xs:any> especificado nos Web Services do eSocial, o que causa um erro no envio dos eventos via SOA Manager.

Por isso, recentemente liberamos a SAP Note 2545997 – eSocial – Web Service Communication for SAP Basis Release 701 and Below. Esta nota cria uma nova classe de transmissão que usa conexões HTTP criadas na transação SM59.

Ao aplicar a nota, use a nova classe de transmissão para configurar a comunicação com o ambiente nacional do eSocial. Lembre-se que você encontra todo o passo a passo dessa configuração na SAP Note 2514483.

Hi everyone,

To be able to help you send and receive eSocial events, lately we have published several posts about the system communication with the eSocial national environment. If you missed anything, don’t worry: just check out the HCM Payroll Brazil tag here at the SAP Community.

We know that customers have different SAP_HRCBR releases, which, in turn, correspond to different SAP_BASIS releases. Due to the different SAP_BASIS technologies, the way that SOA Manager behaves can vary between these releases.

Specifically for releases SAP_BASIS 701 and lower (which may happen on SAP_HRCBR 600 and 604), a technical limitation causes the system not to process the <xs:any> element determined on eSocial Web Services, which causes an error when you send events using SOA Manager.

Because of that, we have recently released SAP Note 2545997 – eSocial – Web Service Communication for SAP Basis Release 701 and Below. This note creates a new transmission class that uses HTTP connections created in transaction SM59.

As you apply the SAP Note, use the new transmission class to configure the communication to the eSocial national environment. Remember that you can find this configuration step by step on SAP Note 2514483.
