SAP Cloud Platform promises to be the epicenter of innovation and interaction at TechEd Barcelona this year. Located in the
Transform area of the show floor (Hall 8.1, SE06) the SAP Cloud Platform Interactive Zone will feature three, large-scale physical demonstrations that showcase key elements of the platform, including SAP Cloud Platform Rapid Application Development by Mendix and Cloud Foundry technology. If you missed the demos at TechEd Las Vegas, you need to make sure you schedule time to see them during TechEd Barcelona. Innovative, informative and extremely fun, these three demos promise to be one of the highlights of the event! Learn more about the demos here:
- Cozmo Demo: A sophisticated autonomous robot is ordered around a shop floor based on orders from S4/HANA but driven from Amazon Alexa voice commands.
- SmartBuilding Demo: A scaled-down office building can be controlled remotely with voice commands to operate numerous features including elevator, solar panel angles and door/window movement. The building can send signals back to HQ indicating operational malfunctions.
- Sphero Demo: Participants drive a Sphero robot chariot over a short obstacle course carrying previous cargo. A score board indicates participant success at delivering the goods with minimal disruption.
The Interactive Zone will also host product experts at Discussion Tables to engage in deep-dive, 1:1 conversations with attendees on the best way to implement and extend SAP Cloud Platform.
Chief Technology Officer and President, SAP Cloud Platform Björn Goerke will deliver the
Executive Keynote on Tuesday, November 14 at 9AM. Over 340
Educational Sessions are planned for SAP Cloud Platform throughout the event with 6 helpful
sample agendas to help get started. Christoph Liebig will also host a strategy talk entitled “SAP Cloud Platform: Today and Tomorrow” on Tuesday, November 14.
