When the SAP HANA XS Advanced infrastructure is starting up, it takes some time for all applications to become available.

For example, when running SAP HANA, express edition in the cloud using the solution template from SAP Cloud Appliance Library, it might take up to 10 minutes before all applications are running. There are over 50 applications and microservices!

Not correct.

It would be correct for SAP Netweaver but this has absolutely nothing to do with XS Advanced.

Not correct.

You can certainly enable and disable the SAP Web IDE service in the SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit (menu Services: DevOps).

However, this has no relation whatsoever with running SAP HANA XS Advanced (and with it the SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA) on premise or even in the cloud.

Not correct.

At least not for XSA. It could apply to WIndows SBS web applicatinons, though.

HTTP error 503 is not uncommon for web applications.
