The SAP Web Application Toolkit (WATT) is a predecesor, just like the AppDesigner. There even was an SAP HANA IDE lite (SPS06).

It would have been a good answer in 2014, though.

Note that the SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA includes the Database Explorer (cubes icon) but does not include a Home page (home icon) and Feedback menu, and is hosted by your computer – localhost -, of course.
