Transaction SMOEAC – Unanble to create R/3 site

CRM system  refreshed from production . When I trended to update R/3 sites in Transaction SMOEAC. And below error was threaded.

Function module “SUBST_GET_SAPRELEASE” cannot be u: No valid R/3 back-end system.

When I go to Transaction SE37, execute program SUBST_GET_SAPRELEASE; input RFC destination: ecc destination , below is error info:

Runtime error CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_REMOTE has occurred

I checked a lot of data on the internet. But can’t find any solutions. After I asked SAP, it’s a bug.

resovled solution: implement note 2295230
