Play, Sing and Dance at SAP TechEd Barcelona

It’s SAP TechEd season! We celebrate 21 years SAP TechEd, 10 years SAP Mentors and already 5 years SAP Fiori Jam Band (a.k.a. SAP someotherwords Jam Band).

The SAP Fiori Jam Band has been entertaining SAP TechEd attendees during the networking reception for the past years … The band jammed already in Las Vegas in September, this week in Bangalore and we will be at it again in Barcelona in November!

We need you! Join in!

It’s a super fun part of SAP TechEd where all conference attendees (managers, developers, designers, analysts, architects, basis/administration, support staff, sales people, and more) with some musical talents of all levels get the opportunity to join the band.

We will play some internationally well-known, easily learnt songs that people can rock out to for one hour during Networking Reception on Tuesday evening. Play together with the SAP Mentors, play together with SAP’s Sam Yen or sing with Bjoern Goerke!

Here is the deal: If you can join us on guitar, bass, keyboard, play your trumpet or sax, beat the drums or even lead the band in a song … come to the rehearsal on Monday at 4pm. We have only one rehearsal, so it is important to have all band members together on Monday to get into shape.

Most important: Show up during the Networking Reception! If you know the tune and want to join in singing or playing some percussion, come on up. If you like to dance, Dance! Watching and hanging out while having a few drinks is perfectly fine too – it is the Networking Reception after all!
