In this four session series, you will learn how to position and demo the SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud solution.

• Understand Real-Time Customer Intents. Dynamically capture and enrich customer profiles across all sources into a single view, leverage implicit customer signals to gain insights into customer’s real-time intents

• Deliver Unique Customer Experiences. Convert ‘in-the-moment’ opportunities to dynamically deliver contextually relevant customer experiences across channels. Create new engagements to increase online community participation and customer loyalty

• Market with Speed and Agility. Proactively react to customer opportunities with increased visibility and alignment of the marketing process, resources, and performance

This training helps partners to build confidence in presenting the SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud solution and enables them to drive the key messages of the solution.

Note: If this is your first time attending this boot camp, these sessions build upon one another, it is highly recommended to attend all sessions to have a comprehensive understanding of the content being delivered.

    Unfortunately it seems I found this series too late — were these sessions recorded? I run a Hybris Marketing Enablement Session for the commerce/marketing delivery community and would be really interested in listening to these calls to see if these topics would be beneficial as a session.
