The SAP Pathfinder is an interactive easy-to-use report which depicts a series of recommendations to optimize SAP Solutions from a LOB and IT perspective. As its own name suggests, it helps you finding the right path across the vast number of available innovations and services from SAP portfolio straight to your mailbox.
The report findings come in an executive level presentation format encompassing relevant Functional Enhancements, SAP Fiori Simplified UX, SAP Cloud Extensions and SAP S/4HANA Simplified Business Scenarios, this last one focused on the business areas that could be simplified or improved with SAP S/4HANA, the SAP Next-Generation ERP. The Pathfinder report contains a summary of various other tools which are presented here as well. The SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library, the SAP Innovation Discovery, the Business Scenario Recommendations for SAP S/4HANA.
The Pathfinder report uses Business Key Figures (obtained through Enhanced Early Watch Alert (EWA)) that provides you with Top business and IT Improvement recommendations and benchmarks comparing your organization against your peers. This is an especially useful feature for building up project business cases as it points out the business goals with improvement potential, the negative impact those figures can have on your business as well as the related value drivers for each business area.

You must submit their last month’s transaction productive SAP ERP system workload data (ST03N) and latest enhanced SAP EarlyWatch alert with business key figures. In case you haven’t activated the enhanced EWA you can follow the instructions provided in this practical guide. It typically takes between 30 minutes and two hours of effort to prepare the required input.
Report is sent to your email in approximately 5 business days.
