How to Rate an extension on SAP App Center

Providing customer ratings for extensions/add-ons is the most important start to gain discoverability and one of the core metrics to gauge success. Additionally, they are an important factor for attaining customers’ interest, boosting adoption and driving installations for the extension.

Most of our customers told us in their interviews that reviews are a key driver for downloading an extension, and many add that these reviews are more reliable than personal recommendations.

Thus, I decided to write a blog on how to write a review for an extension on SAP App Center.

Step 1: Go to SAP App Center (https://www.sapappcenter.com)

Step 2: Find the extension you want to review in the search section as shown below.

Step 3: Click on the extension

From the below screen, please click on the ‘Reviews’ tab.

Step 4: If you are not logged in you will be asked to sign up using your “S” or “P”

Step 5: Finally, please rate the extension (range from single to 5), provide your feedback on the extension and submit. App Center admin will take care of approving your review.
