Running Simple with Cross Platform Integration

To quickly introduce myself and my GFM, my name is Danny Tran and I’m from the Cross Platform Integration team in the Performance branch.

Why do I want you to read this? It’s because I truly believe the support organization will run better and more simple knowing that there is an entire team dedicated to support customers where performance issues are seen across the system landscape.

We all know about ping-ponging and to be blunt, nobody likes it! Our job is to determine the root cause on first contact and either solve the problem and if we can’t, we involve our experts that can!
