SAP Cloud Platform CodeJam at KMD
Recently, we hosted our fourth SAP CodeJam at the KMD offices in Ballerup, Denmark. This time around, the topic was SAP Cloud Platform, and more specifically Java and HTML5 applications running on the platform.
The participating experts from SAP were Vladimir Pavlov and Samuel Lescot. Vladimir kicked off the event with a presentation on SAP Cloud Platform, and then went on to introduce the exercises, we would be working on.
And that’s what SAP CodeJams are really about: Getting hands-on experience with some cool new tools, with an expert nearby to bail you out, if you get stuck 🙂
Around 25 people attended the SAP CodeJam, and went home in the afternoon with a better understanding of SAP Cloud Platform and its Java and HTML5 runtimes.
If you haven’t been to an SAP CodeJam yet, I really urge you to do so, if you get the chance. It’s a great way to try out all the new stuff from SAP, along with other community members in a very friendly and casual atmosphere.
A huge thank you to Vladimir and Samuel for running a great event, and to Krishna Dalal at SAP for organizing everything. The venue, lunch and snacks were graciously provided by my employer, KMD.

Afternoon snacks, healthy as well as somewhat less so, admittedly.
