It’s that time of year again. Leaves are changing, Halloween candy is popping up in stores, and the SAP Cloud Platform team is hard at work preparing for
SAP TechEd Las Vegas 2017.
This year’s event, happening from September 25-29 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, is poised to deliver a completely new, interactive and personal experience for attendees. And we have much planned for those coming to TechEd to learn and discover more about the SAP Cloud Platform. There will a wide array of booths, pods and tables staffed by SAP Cloud Platform experts in the Transform area located on the show floor. Attendees will also find three SAP Cloud Platform Interactive Tables with large-scale physical demos to explore the platform’s capabilities in-depth. These demos, featuring everything from a remotely controlled office building to a Sphero robot obstacle course challenge, are not to be missed! Read a short description of each:
- Cozmo Demo: A sophisticated autonomous robot is ordered around a shop floor based on orders from S4/HANA but driven from Amazon Alexa voice commands.
- SmartBuilding Demo: A scaled-down office building can be controlled remotely with voice commands to operate numerous features including elevator, solar panel angles and door/window movement. The building can send signals back to HQ indicating operational malfunctions.
- Sphero Demo: Participants drive a Sphero robot chariot over a short obstacle course carrying previous cargo. A score board indicates participant success at delivering the goods with minimal disruption.
