Operation Dashboard

With operation dashboards, RunSAP teams have real-time visibility on the status of their systems and solutions.

This instance provides a business oriented approach for business key users (ex: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, …)

This instance provides a system oriented approach based on the different components of your solution. (ex: ERP, CRM, HANA, ..)

 

 

Control Center

Control Center Dashboards are used by SAP Basis team or SAP Key Users for pro-active monitoring of their solutions.

 

This Instance is an example of Operation Control Center for SAP Basis team.

This instance provides examples of business related KPIs displayed in a Process Control Center.

 

 

Tactical Dashboard

Tactical dashboards provide SAP Competency Center Manager with the overall status of their Solution Landscapes.

This instance provides governance views for S/4 HANA landscape.

 

 

SLR Dashboard

With the Service Level Reporting Dashboard, SAP Application Manager can control and get transparency on their Service Level Objectives.

Application Performance and Strategic Dashboard

The Application Performance and Strategic Dashboards are used by Service Manager to increase the efficiency of their services by reporting the compliance of their IT organizations.

 

 

This Application Performance instance is used to improve the overall performance of SAP Solution by pro-actively detecting performances degradation and abnormal situations.

This Strategic instance reports the compliance of IT goals as “Increase Quality Service” or “Ensure Business Continuity”.
