Transition to SAP S/4HANA On-Premise Roadmap Updates
The On-Premise SAP S/4HANA journey continues with the update of the Transition to SAP S/4HANA roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Feature Stack Pack 02. As you may be already familiar, the SAP Roadmap Viewer holds the roadmaps for project deployments with the SAP Activate framework and methodology. Within each of the roadmaps, you will find all supporting content in the form of phases, workstreams, deliverables, tasks, and accelerators for a complete end-to-end guided implementation experience.
We enhanced the roadmap further to include best practices and feedback from our ecosystem to provide the latest content for you and your teams to consume and use during your implementation. The feedback which we receive is considered and included in our update decision making process for our roadmaps to bring you the most up to date content. We have aligned the roadmaps to include additional content for services and SAP to easily identify scope options available.

The structure of the roadmap was adjusted for an update in two areas: activities and workstreams. A minor adjustment was made on the activities of the workstream Project Management. Also more content on integration, we introduced the workstream Application: Integration. Besides introducing new references (accelerators) in all areas, we updated all references for Education to the SAP Learning Hub for SAP Education.
The concepts for services is still the same. In the roadmap, you can view activities per the chosen service just like for phases and workstreams. We updated the service names as well as the detailed information to the latest offerings from SAP Digital Business Services.
A new topic in the roadmap is SAP Leonardo! Accelerate your innovations with the help of SAP Leonardo Innovation Services (editions include: SAP Leonardo Innovation Services – express edition, SAP Leonardo Innovation Services – open innovation edition, and SAP Leonardo Innovation Services – enterprise edition). With this new addition, we have identified an enhancement area to evaluate the value of advanced digital technology with the use of IoT (Internet of Things) respective to various industry areas and how to speed up time to value for you and your team(s). SAP Leonardo Innovation Services helps bring the innovation to the forefront in a comprehensive way as it relates to your solution deployment using tools, technology, and expertise of business value and IT for a unique innovation journey.

Thanks for sharing this.
Is there a slide which shows SAP tools that are used during various phases ? e.g. SAP Transformation Tool during Discovery Explore phase and so on ? I would be interested to get such details, if available anywhere.
