Phan Thanh An has been working as a developer at SAP Labs Vietnam for nearly two years.

How did you find your job with SAP?

“I was in a start-up and a “tanker” in many freelance projects before joining SAP. I received a call from a recruiter at SAP and during the interview process I was inspired by those I met. When I started, I felt the SAP experience was extraordinary and much more professional than I was used to. SAP has brought me to a new level of professional career development.”

What does your job involve?

“As a coder, I strive to find the most elegant solutions for every problem.”

How has SAP supported your career development?

“Learning material and workshops are always available. There are always technical problems for me to tackle, which I’m quite interested in. The working life is fun and challenging in SAP. I love the moment when we collaborate and embrace cross-cultural differences, along with more than 80,000 colleagues. SAP has many tools available to help me build my career path, which anyone can leverage to have a brighter future at SAP. I believe that SAP is a place where the only limit is imagination.”
