How to interpret your PCOE Audit Report

Every SAP PartnerEdge sell partner who participated in a Partner COE audit service will receive an audit report which concludes the service. The report contains details about the result, as well as recommendations for improvement. The videos will help you understand your readiness, (re-)certification, or validation audit report point by point. You have the option to select a specific area of the report that interests you by using the left-hand side menu.

The remote services delivered to your SAP Enterprise Support customer base are being marketed as technical quality checks (TQC) and aim to help run their SAP systems in the optimum way.

This session will help you discover the remote services for you and/or your customers, and share details around the booking process, prerequisites for successful service delivery, as well as the responsibilities of all parties involved.
