And, for quicker access to Support, add the new Expert Chat tile to your personalized home page in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

Adding the Expert Chat Tile

  1. Go to SAP ONE Support Launchpad
  2. Click on the Personalize button in the upper left corner
  3. Type word “chat” into the search area
  4. Click the “+” button to add the tile to your Launchpad home screen
