SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration with SAP Fieldglass

This integration allows customers to digitize processing of invoices for external staff by electronically sending documents from SAP Fieldglass to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Enable a high degree of automated postings by transferring respective master data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud to SAP Fieldglass. These master data include cost centers, internal orders, WBS elements, plants, purchasing organizations and suppliers.

The plan for the next couple of releases is to completely integration the entire requisition to invoice and payment process. This will include purchase requisition, purchase order, service entry sheet and logistics invoice.

As soon as the core process is fully integrated we are planning on triggering this process from Plant maintenance, for example hiring an external worker to repair a machine regularly or even unexpectedly. Another scenario will be triggering the process from a project system, for example to hire an external worker for a specific activity from a work breakdown structure.
