Business Analysts Simplify Logistics Processes To Streamline Warehouse

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) is a building products company operating 23 manufacturing facilities across North and South America. At our facilities, forklift operators are responsible for completing the delivery and shipment processes in SAP software. Using SAP Screen Personas software, and with very little technical knowledge in programming, LP business analysts were able to simplify the user experience for these forklift operators and streamline their logistics process steps.
