The Empowerment and Support Track, consisting of four breakout sessions, focuses on system administrators.  Customers and SAP experts will discuss how admins can contribute to change management, influence strategy, proactively manage their software, and take advantage of resources.

Solution Adoption Best Practices breakout sessions are facilitated by Solution Adoption experts, customers, and Product Managers and are available across various breakout tracks.  They use customer case studies to help attendees strengthen their HR processes and adopt functionality that supports those processes.  Some examples include:

Solution Adoption Roundtables are small, interactive sessions enabling collaboration and best practice sharing around designated topics between customers and SAP SuccessFactors experts.  This is a great opportunity to learn from other customers’ experiences and to engage with Solution Adoption experts and Product Managers.
