In June we had the pleasure of presenting a ByDesign Go-Live Experience of 2017 in North America in Miami Florida. Eight Consultants from four different SAP ByDesign Business Partners attended and were enabled on the SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Methodology.

From 2007 through 2014 I was with the ByDesign North American Professional Services Group as a Project Manager and Supply Chain Consultant doing ByDesign Implementations. Via SAP’s and the North American Partner Solution Center’s increased emphasis on ByDesign am I am now able to leverage this experience and knowledge to ensure Partner Success with ByDesign.

These partners are now certified to Implement ByDesign with SAP’s Partner Tools and Methodologies.

A special thanks goes out to my co-presenter Luciano Ravenna – Regional Director Partner Solution Central North America, and to Jose Bastidas who presented reporting from ByDesign via the SAP Analytics Cloud.

During the four days, participants built out a blank ByDesign System into a Go-Live Ready State via the following agenda:

Day 1:

Introduction to the ByDesign Implementation Methodology

Business Case and Scenario Exploration

ByDesign Organization Management Scoping and Basic System Build

Day 2:

System Administration Workshop

Fine Tuning

Cutover Planning

Data Migration

Day 3:

Business Scenario Testing

SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting with ByDesign

Day 4:

System Adaptation / Personalization

Project Close

Post Go-Live Support

The target audience for this workshop includes; New ByDesign Implementation Professional Services Team Members, Project Managers, and Functional (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) Consultants

The North American and Global Partner Solution Center are planning future GLXs and Sales/Pre-Sales Enablement Workshops, and if you are interested please contact your SAP Partner Business Manager if you are interested in attending.
