Certification opportunities for GSP by integrating with SAP Localization Hub, digital compliance service (SLH DCS)
The Government of India has introduced Goods & Service Tax (GST) from 1-July-2017. There is a digital agenda with GST that mandates electronic transfer of relevant data (e.g. Tax Invoices) and tax reporting into a central tax network i.e. Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN). GSTN has introduced two entities, GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) and the Application Service Provider (ASP) , whose roles are to facilitate the data communication to GSTN system for managing reporting needs.
SAP Localization Hub, digital compliance service (SLH DCS) for India is SAP ASP solution on SAP Cloud Platform, it enables this electronic transfer to GSTN and offers services to Tax Payer enterprise landscape.

In case of issues with SAP DCS, SAP support ticket/incident can be raised under the component: XX-CSC-IN-ST.
SAP Integration and Certification Center (ICC) will guide you through the certification service by performing the SLH DCS to GSP integration testing. This is in support to SAP Globalization services strategy for GST India. Kindly note, most of the SAP customers look forward for SAP certification from their GSP as it is a proof point for technical alignment with SAP.
The communication between SAP ASP and GSP is possible only by building the integration flow on SAP Cloud Platform Integration Service.
The focus of this certification is to test the integration content flow to ensure the seamless integration between SLH DCS and GSP. GSP has the ownership of their integration content flow. ICC will certify the integration content flow and GSP can publish the integration flow on SAP content catalog to smoothen the customer landscape setup. Maintenance and support for the integration flow will be handled by GSP.
