As part of the Year Round Community (YRC) offerings, ASUG Volunteers are expected to provide 1 webcast per Special Interest Group per quarter.  I hope you can see below that the ASUG BI volunteers have exceeded that for the first half of 2017:

Figure 1

The above shows 7,423 have registered for webcasts, with 3,765 attending online covering 40 webcasts through June 2017.

51% of those who registered attended online.  The industry averages for webcast attendance are between 25-40% so this is trending overall well.

The top 3 webcasts with the highest attendance ratio are as follows:

The 2nd and 3rd webcasts are from customers.

The top 5 online attendance at webcasts are as follows:

One for SAP Lumira, another for Web Intelligence, one for Analysis Office and 2 for BW/4HANA

The top registered webcasts are as follows:

It is interesting that the first 3 webcasts match in online attendance, but after that it is a little different.

Registration Conversion Ratio

Of those who clicked the webcast page, what is the percentage registered?  Please note that I am inferring some of these numbers based on data provided.  The above shows really 100% - the top webcasts where potential attendees clicked the registration page and actually registered.

Overall the registration conversion average is 70%

So over 13K were aware of the webcast, over 7K were interested (registered), and almost 4K actually attended.  Because I could not use Lumira Discovery for this funnel chart, I upvoted this idea here.

See you online at an upcoming webcast.
