Next SAP ITOA Webinar: The Benefits of Predictive IT Management
As the core of the modern business, IT needs to be proactive, efficient, and predictive to lead the Digital Transformation. IT organizations now support the most mission-critical operational areas and must anticipate issues, correlate seemingly unrelated events, and predict incidents to keep the business running at full capacity. On July 27th at 10am EDT, Angela Harvey (Senior Director of Product Management for Big Data and Analytics) and special guest Pier Bobys (Predictive Analytics Specialist) will take a look at what can be achieved when predictive functionality is added to the IT management tool kit in the second installment of our new SAP IT Operations Analytics (SAP ITOA) webinar series. For example, time series forecasting (see image below) can be used to predict cloud costs or trigger automated actions that avoid catastrophic incidents.
