With products focused on business functions, such as process modeling, planning, and business intelligence, SAP is known for being focused on the business user.

On June 22nd at 10am EDT, my colleagues and I will be kicking off a webinar series about an SAP product that was purposefully developed for IT departments. I’m a product manager focused on Big Data and Analytics, and in the past 24 months we have had the pleasure of talking to and working with many early adopters from our IT team who are responsible for keeping the SAP Cloud up and running.  SAP IT Operations Analytics (SAP ITOA) is an analytics tool built for IT, by IT.

We will deliver this monthly educational webinar series to teach the community about SAP ITOA and showcase the innovation SAP is driving outside of traditional enterprise software to solve real-life challenges for IT professionals.

Throughout the webinar series, we will share how our IT team can now get a holistic view of the data center in real time with the added abilities to perform predictive analytics and correlate business data with IT information.

Join me and my colleague, John Schitka (Senior Director of Solution Marketing for Big Data and Analytics), to learn more about the origin of SAP ITOA and how we’ve tackled enhanced agility and responsiveness.  We will also be highlighting what is new in SAP ITOA 2.0 Service Pack 03 in a live demo and presenting the roadmap which describes what SAP ITOA will look like in the future.

A few other topics we’ll cover during the hour:

Since this is an educational webinar series, no personal information is required to register; only a valid email address. So whether you are a customer, partner, employee, or member of the community-at-large, please join the team for the SAP ITOA Analytics webinar series sessions to learn more about SAP IT Operations Analytics and how SAP innovation is transforming IT departments.
