There are multiple ways to visualize data from SAP BW in SAP BusinessObjects Roambi. In this document, we will see how to connect BW with Roambi though SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite Tools. Each method has its own advantages, below are the few advantages of going though SAP BusinessObjects universe.

• End to End Automation: Setup/configure once and all processes including pulling data from source, in report manipulations, pushing data to cloud and mobile devices are automated.


• No custom coding/Scripting knowledge required


• Using BI Platform profiles, you could control data security (who could see what) and again, adding, changing, removing security is simple & easy.


• The same universe could be used in all other tools including Lumira Discovery & Designer, CR4E as well as with SAP Analytics Cloud.


• You could also combine data from other sources in web-I report (Universe Supports most of the databases).
