Solving the majority of BI Authentication problems via a single Guided Answer Tree

Guided Answers Decision Trees allow us to provide multiple solutions based on questions. By combining a list of popular KBA’s,  tagging current best KBA’s, and combining this with Guided Answers we have a single Decision tree that can solve upwards of 80% of Bi authentication problems.

We have our top Master KBA’s – These knowledge base articles contain how to info and all additional supporting info to troubleshoot a vast majority of problems

Articles that are not as fully developed as Master KBA’s will show up as simple How to KBA’s

Other helpful KBA’s are Troubleshooting KBA’s which contain troubleshooting, tracing, or logging steps to help solve a problem. Unlike Master KBA’s these are typically just meant for supporting a particular type of functionality

the final type of KBA (currently this could expand later) is for simple Error Message KBA’s which are written to help solve specific product errors
