Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI).This is the second CEI cycle in 2017.
Under the CEI forum in this cycle GTM Team has posted the idea for "IntelliTrade - GTM Analytics and Predictive Tool".
The idea addresses the gap in existing functionality and enables the user to utilize analytics with GTM and also estimate unplanned costs during any trade based on historical data. Currently it is not possible to simulate the entire logistics process and predict the cost that will happen during any trade. We are planning to address this with a SCP app that will be interacting with the S4 to analyze the previous trading data of the customer. Also the application will include analytics on that data via which we can drill down to various factors affecting the profitability of the trade and give the user decision making abilities to preempt a faulty trade and minimize unplanned costs.
