Hi Guys,

This week Development Team released one new note in the area of Training Management in LSO.

The note 2476376 which solves an issue of extra schedule being created during detailed resource selection.

Apart from that note, we have updated three note with a new version, so you can check them as well:

Note 2064083 – Completed courses displayed as Mandatory in BSP learning portal
Note 2415009 – Course with no-intranet flag accessible in Renovated Learning portal
Note 2481015 – Dropdown language not considered while re-booking WBT.

Furthermore, Product Support has been working on some Knowledge Base Articles recently. One of our engineers released three new Knowledge Base Articles which I am going to briefly describe.

Knowledge Base Article 2476458  provides guidelines on how to restart the portal application services in context to Content Players in LSO. Especially in a situation that you may try to restart the Continent Player via NWA.

Knowledge Base Article 2475680 describes a way to fix an issue with HTTP Status 500 error while you launch a content in the SAP Authoring Environment (LSOAE).

Knowledge Base Article 2476104 provides a short description of how to check LSO Content Player version details.
