Recap of SAP IoT CodeJam in Vienna
Not long after European CodeJam Tour to bring SAP Vora to developers I hit the road again – this time driving to Vienna to join local developers and to help them starting with IoT Services at SAP Cloud Platform.
The event was organized by local SAP office and hosted by co-working space COCOQUADRAT in the beautiful historical part of the city.
We got quite an interesting mix of participants: from SAP partner to a working student, from startup founder to a … professional photographer!
As always we had a lot of fun starting from hacking devices and then getting sensor data into SAP Cloud Platform and visualizing this data in the real-time. Obviously recharging with some delicious food and coffee in the meantime 🙂
This SAP CodeJam was still based on SAP IoT Services 2.0, but as you might heard during this week’s SAPPHIRENOW conference we announced new IoT Service 4.0 as well as IoT Application Enablement as part of innovative SAP Leonardo portfolio. More exciting stuff is coming. Stay tuned.
