Hi Guys,

This week I though I would share with you some new Knowledge Base Articles released by our Product Support Team.

Learning Portal:

The first Knowledge Base Article 2465842  provides a solution in case on LSO BSP portal page, you got an error message of ‘Business Server Page (BSP) error’ with detail information ‘BSP exception: XSRF token not found (note 1795897)’.

Training Management (Day-to-Day Activities)

If you want to get the change log of some LSO related database or infotypes in a certain client of your LSO system please have a look at Knowledge Base Article 2470932

Finally, if you are unable to use rebook option for VLR courses after activating Rebook attribute for delivery method 0014 and the system gives error message of ‘Function is not possible for courses with delivery method Virtual Learning Room’. Please look at Knowledge Base Article 2470910 to solve the issue.
