What’s New in 1705 SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer – Analytics
1705 brings enhances usability and availability of C4C analytics. Now you can access your reports anytime, anywhere right on your mobile.
Mobile analytics are carefully designed to ensure that you have all features that you would need to successfully analyze your report on mobile and at the same time not feel overwhelmed with too many features to browse through.
Reporting in Smartphone
Report list can be accessed through Report work center view, which is now available on mobile. While working on report user can perform following actions:
- Change the drill down
- Apply filters
- View/Hide legends
- Change charts
- Scan through different views and selections
Dashboard in Smartphone
Dashboards can be opened either through KPI tile or from Dashboard work center view. Dashboard interactivity is available even on smartphone. Apart from this you can also change visualizations and show/hide legends and refresh dashboard/ individual reports.
KPI on Dashboard
Now you can visualize the KPI information (actual, target, reference and deviation) even for KPIs that have contextual dashboard.
This feature is available both in desktop as well as mobile devices.
You can email reports as xlsx file.
The same format can also be used while broadcasting reports.
