Next Level Variant Configuration at the 10th Infotag Variantenkonfiguration in St. Leon-Rot (June 29, 2017)
The Infotag Variantenkonfiguration, the largest German-speaking community event dealing with variant configuration, is about to go into the 10th round. On June 29, 2017, SAP will showcase their latest answers to their customers’ complex products and processes all along the product lifecycle.
Participants will hear about SAP’s newest developments in the area of variant configuration; it will be made clear in which way SAP’s solutions adapt to changing market trends, such as IoT, digitization, lot size of 1, individualization, and similar. All these trends have in common that PLM processes must no longer be linear, one following the other, but tightly integrated – and this from a product’s development and production all the way through to service, logistics, and financials. At the 10th Infotag Variantenkonfiguration, SAP will yet again position their new configuration solution, SAP S/4HANA for advanced variant configuration, as THE answer to this challenge.
