Topics for UI5con@SAP on June 30th have been released last week and tickets sold like hotcakes. Right after publishing the first wave of the upcoming UI5 related lectures, hands-on sessions and demo booths, already 200 participants registered for the event. With the announcement of the second wave, the UI5con’s Line Up with about 40 red-hot topics has been completed and only limited seats are left.

During the Call for Papers more than 100 UI5 developers from all over Europe and even beyond handed in their ground breaking ideas such as mixed reality with OpenUI5 and UI5 applications beyond the office. The focus of the chosen topics at this by now biggest UI5con ever lies on state of the art UI5 technology and the various shapes it can take. Beginning with the new Demo Kit as an easy entry to UI5 via deploying a UI5 application on Cloud Foundry up to experiments with real-time image manipulation and Augmented Reality. Also, highly demanded topics like UI5 Supportability as well as the UI5 Evolution with increasing performance, fixing architectural gaps and embracing new technologies will be addressed during the one day event in St. Leon-Rot, Germany.

UI5con is a community driven event which first took place in Frankfurt March 2016. It’s meant to give UI5 developers and enthusiasts a common platform to meet face-to-face and discuss the latest UI5 innovations. The first UI5con’s brisk demand lead to another event in the Netherlands and a third one back in Frankfurt. Now UI5con@SAP offers 400 attendees a full day packed with more than 20 lectures, various demo booth sessions and 6 hands-on workshops. Be a part of the network – join UI5con to learn, explore and connect with fellow geeks.

There’s a whole world of witty UI5 ideas to explore, so check the UI5con@SAP website for more info and the almost full Line Up. Detailed speaker and session profiles as well as helpful background material will be published soon!
