Overview
SAP is kicking off an 4 part “Life on the Edge” weekly series to discuss with SAP partners how your small and mid-sized customers can leverage SAP HANA, Edge edition, to address the challenges inherent for SME’s developing and delivering analytic insights to internal and external audiences, learn how to thrive in a rapidly changing digital economy, and discuss how to leverage real-time insights to create opportunity, broaden insights and overcome many of the business challenges they face.
Over the course of the series we will show you how to position SAP HANA, Edge edition in support of various business scenario’s including:
- How traditional data mart scenario’s can help your customers gain better insights into their business and address the demand for real-time operational analytics to solve critical line of business challenges.
- How predictive analytics scenario’s can help customers improve business performance and address issues like customer churn, product propensity, or optimized marketing.
- How ERP sidecar data mart scenarios can help you capture more net new customers
- How you can leverage analytics sidecar scenario’s to add value for your SAP Business Suite and SAP S/4HANA customers.
We will also cover during the series the available sales plays and demand generation assets you can use, the partner economics and monetization strategies, and the full enablement schedule for topics related to SAP HANA, Edge edition.
The series will begin on May 8th and will conclude with the final session on June 12th.

Session 3: Event Details
In the 3rd session of 4 in the “Life on the Edge” series for SAP HANA, Edge edition, we will discuss how small and mid-sized (SME) customers can reap the benefits of an analytic sidecar solution to supercharge analytics for their ERP and other systems and to compete effectively with better insights from all their data. You will learn how your customers can leverage their ERP landscapes to get better insights into their business faster, with a simplified IT architecture reducing the occurrence of typical legacy stove-piped fragmented operational data views. We will also discuss how to accelerate analytics from any ERP or other operational system without disrupting those systems, how to report on multiple sources of operational data to gain broader insights and how to accelerate key operational reporting for faster access to what’s happening in your business.

In this 4th and final session, in the “Life on the Edge” series for SAP HANA, Edge edition, we will discuss how your SME customers use predictive analytics to improve business outcomes by leveraging powerful and actionable insights, to drive data-driven decisions. Learn how your customers can take advantage of prebuilt Predictive Analytics for analyzing business data and use predictive analytics for many different use cases such as:
