Support Overview for SAP ByD/C4C/C4TE: Get the Latest Information

SAP has published an overview blog of its support presentation “SAP Support Offerings for ByD/C4x Customers and Partners”. This new version clearly outlines which knowledge assets SAP has published for its partners and customers to understand and further convey:

      Very much confused by this blog... "SAP has published an overview blog" - OK, where is it? Fabian's blog is dated 2015 and has links to SDN that has not existed since 2012. What is this all about?

      Kindly refer to this guideline regarding blogging on SCN.
