Common Issues: SAP support packages SAP_HRCIN or EA-HRCIN not available

Dear All

I can see issues coming up with the query that SAP_HRCIN or EA-HRCIN Support Packages are not available.

Kindly note that the Support Packages which are not CLC won’t be searched using the exact search terms given in the PY-IN SAP notes e.g. SAPK-60492INSAPHRCIN

You won’t get any hits in support.sap.com portal under Download Software , as this is not a CLC SP.

Only CLC packages can be found using the similar search term e.g. SAPK-60499INSAPHRCIN.

For SAPK-60492INSAPHRCIN, customers need to apply the SAP_HR SP i.e. SAPKE60492 which is searchable.

Hence please do not get confused.

I would recommend to refer the KBA

2322348 – Cannot find Support Package for Payroll India Example – SAPK-XXXYYINSAPHRCIN where XXX is the release and YY is the SP level

Similarly for EA-HRCIN, you can try to find the same SP level using the term EA-HR in support portal.
