You are a rather new member of the Community and need further information about the Community Topic Pages (CTPs), then please have a look to the Tip in a Minute video series. I just had a look at your newest blog, so I thought I’ll check out this one, too.
Since all of those helpful links can’t be viewed if you don’t have a certain JAM permission (maybe the CTP editor group?) or are a SAP employee (I’m guessing), could you maybe add a description about this so that other users (like myself) aren’t confused when they are greeted with "Access denied" or a network error?
And how would a normal user request or suggest a new CTP?
thanks for your remark, you are right, I added the necessary information (link) and see following further information:
There are three core criteria that have to be met for a CTP request:
1. Business Case: Strategy, target audience, and content audit must be defined and articulated and comply with community rules of engagement
2. Metadata: Applicable tag(s) must be present in the 1DX schema, otherwise a separate workflow is triggered
3. Community Activity: Tag(s) on which the request is based must show sufficient activity and engagement
The community is focused on user generated content only – blogs, Q&A, and discussions.
