New Maintenance Windows for the SAP Cloud Platform Services
We are excited to inform you that SAP is harmonizing regular maintenance windows across SAP Cloud Services. As a result, we are able to provide higher system availability to our customers.
Beginning May 20, 2017 the standard regular maintenance window for SAP Cloud Services will be new Maintenance Windows for the SAP Cloud Platform Servicesharmonized by region (Asia, Europe, Americas) and standardized on UTC time. The standard regular maintenance window time will be 4 hours. Some SAP Cloud Services have a shorter window, some even are offering Zero Downtime Maintenance, which means that these services will remain online while regular maintenance is being performed.
The Cloud Platform services will be affected by this change as follows:

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) contractual addendum will be updated to reflect the new schedule (update will be done on 16th of May). Furthermore, our customers will find improvements to the layout of the document for easier consumption and with regards to consistency.
That is really great news. So hopefully the weekly problems with WebIDE in EMEA will be gone soon.
