  • Hi Gravin,

Many thanks for the session in advance. Will you be also covering the debugging of the CRM Middleware parts that are responsible for handling the data transfer between CRM and ERP ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best Regards,

    • Hello Samantak,

As the webinar is specific to the transfer of sales documents, and I come from sales background rather than middleware, I will not be going into detail of debugging the middleware specific parts like the SMO* functions. I will just be giving tips at the end on how to debug the queues in the sales transfer specific functions.

      • Hello Gavin,

        Many thanks for your reply.

So you will be taking us through the end to end process of creating a Sales Transaction in the CRM System and then transfer the same to the ERP System assuming that the middleware is already setup. No issues. It will be a good learning experience for me.

Thanks a lot and I look forward for the webinar.

        Best Regards,

    • Hi Jaya,

I have uploaded the presentation slides to the KBA now. Unfortunately I am still waiting on the recorded video of the presentation. I should have this by the end of the week, and will upload it as soon as I have access to it. I'll let you know here when it is available. Sorry for the delay.
