You might already know all these online help links about SAP Fiori Search but I would like to share it with you again :
Finally we have some important corrections on SNOTE import process in target system. After renaming, deletion and re-creation of a search model, the model name still stays unchanged in target systems. Please refer to SAP note
2449357 - SNOTE: Search model name not updated in target system.
