North American Partner Solution Center delivered ByDesign Go-Live Experience (GLX) Workshop

This past March I had the pleasure of presenting the first ByDesign Go-Live Experience of 2017 in North America. Ten Consultants from six different SAP ByDesign Business Partners attended and were enabled on the SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Methodology.

From 2007 through 2014 I was with the ByDesign North American Professional Services Group as a Project Manager and Supply Chain Consultant doing ByDesign Implementations. Via SAP’s and the North American Partner Solution Center’s increased emphasis on ByDesign am I am now able to leverage this experience and knowledge to ensure Partner Success with ByDesign..

These partners are now certified to Implement ByDesign with SAP’s Partner Tools and Methodologies.

During the three days, participants built out a blank ByDesign System into a Go-Live Ready State via the following agenda:

Introduction to the ByDesign Implementation Methodology

Business Case and Scenario Exploration

ByDesign Organization Management Scoping and Basic System Build

Day 2:

System Administration Workshop

Fine Tuning

Cutover Planning

Data Migration

Day 3:

Business Scenario Testing

Project Close

Post Go-Live Support
